How to choose the right printer?
Printing fiscalized electronic invoices is allowed on any type of printer and is at the taxpayer’s discretion. These printers do not need to have fiscal memory. Printing can be done on 57mm or 80mm thermal printers, or you can print on an A4 printer. You can also send the invoice to an e‑mail address without printing it.
Does the software support multiple retail locations?
Yes. The software supports work in multiple retail locations. For this type of operation we recommend using the WIN Fiskal or Fiskal App versions, which—besides multi‑device data access—offer remote administration and the ability to monitor the entire performance for each point of sale.
Do I need a cash register (device) in addition to the software?
No. Under the new e‑Fiscalization law, the software itself is an Electronic Fiscal Device (EFD), and by using it you meet all legal obligations for the electronic fiscalization system. Electronic fiscalization is essentially based on software connected to a printer if you need to print receipts.
Where can I buy a device?
You can choose one of the devices from our offer. If you use a computer in your business premises, you can use only the software and avoid the expense of purchasing a device.
Do I have a contractual obligation?
Our software solution is completely flexible—there is no contractual lock‑in, so you can use the software for as long as you need. We believe our solution will bring you excellent results, which is why we’re confident you’ll stay satisfied. We sign a Service Agreement, but you can end the cooperation at any time without additional financial obligations.
